High-Rise Building Innovation Triangle, Bonn

A new commercial and service district is being created in the west of Bonn – the Innovation Triangle. A lighthouse project and the start of the new quarter will be a high-rise building and the "Piazza" - the central open space between the high-rise building, the future event hall Westwerk and the quarter's garage. An inviting entrance forms the prelude to the west of the high-rise building. This is where the green-framed passage space to the Westwerk begins. Projecting and receding green areas create an exciting and varied sequence of spaces. Selective seat edges invite you to linger. Overall, the innovation triangle consists of the public areas (piazza and access west and east) and the semi-public areas (courtyards of the three commercial blocks).
