The outdoor facilities typologically a garden. The essential element of the outdoor space is the surrounding terrace. The terrace is understood as an extension of the adjacent interior spaces: entrance area to the south, workshop to the east, garden terrace to the north and kitchen terrace to the west. The basic structure of the garden is preserved. The amphitheater and the ball field will be upgraded.
