The city of Augsburg is developing new faculty for environmental medicine and medicine informatics. As part of the planning by BHBVT Architects and SBL a new vibrant city space for Uni, patients and residents is created. A master plan and a design booklet will be the basis of future development.

Destination: Berlin-Adlershof. Next to many examples for water sensitive urban design, we also visited two SBL-projects: the open spaces of the ZMM completed in 2012 and the construction site of the HU Iris research building with freshly arrived raintank modules.

After completing the kindergarten at Pistoriusstraße, Berlin, we are happy to complete the second play yard for 'El Mundo de los Niños gGmbh'. The children opened the new kindergarten in Berlin-Friedenau with spunky dance sessions and were happy about their new SBL-watering cans. Project pictures to follow soon.

We swapped our dining table for a ping-pong table. And hung a punch bag from the sealing. As motivator for healthy moving activities in between. But also fun round-the-table evenings or sweaty box sessions.
