Stefan Bernard is chairman of the jury at the competition "StadtLandFluss: River area Eisack-Brixen". Subject is to elaborate a concept for flood prevention and the enhancement of the river area as an attractive living environment of the cathedral city Brixen.

The project for Spittelmarkt was developed in a dialogic design process, intensively involving the relevant administrative departments as much as the residents.
